My hapatitis status

Hy , my name is waqas and I m 26 male. Two years before i have come to know about my hapatitis.my sgpt is 110 ,

HCV RNA Detected  , HCV RNA Concentration      10380.94 IU/ul  ,  
Number of copies       17792931.16 Copies/ml  ,
Hb     12.2 , WBCs count       6800/mm3 ,Neutrophils     66% ,  Lymphocytes    29 , Eosinophils    03% ,
Monocytes 02% ,    Platelets Count     21300/mm3 , PT  15 sec         control 13 ,

these are my test reports please tell me about the satus of my dieseas .

Looking at the viral load, I think he missed a digit in the "iu/ml" version if the 17 million in the 'copies' version is correct.

Hi Waqas,

You have active Hep C; and if you’ve had it for two years, it is a chronic infection. Your viral load is considered low; anything <400.000 is low.

Has your doctor suggested treatment with interferon/ribavirin? Do you know your genotype? The genotype can be determined from a blood test; this will help determine the duration of treatment as well as the efficacy of the drugs.

You list your platelet count 21300/mm3; can you confirm this number? That is dangerously low. You should discuss this with your doctor; very low platelet counts like this can be due to advanced liver disease, and can affect the blood’s ability to clot.
