My mother was recently diagnosed with a level 4 cirrohsis of the liver

My mother is Hep C and has Hx of Polyarteritis Nodosa, and just this week was diagnosed with a level 4 cirrohsis of the liver and her liver count test was 1,865,000and I am still looking for the test results page to say exactly what test this was....but, what she is not telling me or not understanding is exactly what is a level 4 cirrohsis of the liver?  Will she have 2 years or less to live as her primary care doctor is telling her?  Help please can someone please explain more of this test?

thank you

The number is almost certainly the viral load which is the amount of virus in her blood sample.
It has no real significance.
If the doctor has said her life expectancy is two years or less this  would  be consistent with what is called decompensated liver disease.
Stage four is the stage at which fibrosis becomes cirrhosis.There is no 'stage four cirrhosis' as such.
There are three stages of cirrhosis as explained here;

A liver transplant would be required to improve her prognosis.
You should find the nearest hospital which has a specialist liver unit and make enquiries.
