oh, maybe some raw honey would be a nice addition to the tea
Try Ginger Wonder from Whole Foods.
Forgot to tell you I have a case of ginger root in my garage,if you want some to try before you go buying it Ill send you some.Send me your address cindy
I drink fresh ginger tea-when you get the root you need to peel most of it,then I chop it up in a mini chopper and lay it out on cardboard to dry(takes a couple of days)Then you can bag it in baggies(kinda looks like something I used to Smoke way back when LOL ) Anyway when I want some tea I steep it in a tea strainer. Its got a wierd taste at first.Something you have to get used to. cindy
I have heard this before. I don't know how or why, but I have seen lots of studies and stuff that say that ginger really does help. Give it a try. It can't hurt. http://www.herbalsupplementscare.com
