Neupogen Insurance Coverage

I was just denied coverage for Neupogen on a third appeal to Aetna, who says the use of Neupogen in conjunction with treatment for Hep C is considered experimental. Is anyone using Neupogen due to Hep C tx getting insurance coverage, and if so which insurance companies are covering it? This stuff is expensive, and I am not to happy with Aetna's denial of coverage. Anyone have any suggestions for me about what to do from here? Thanks
