Neupogen

Do any of you have information about any long term side effects if you had Neupogen for 40 weeks?

I have been taking neupogen for about 2 months now.  I take 480mcg every 2 wks.  How often and how much do you take? Maybe you won't need it for the full 40wks.  My neutrophils went down to .5 so I started the neupogen....my stats seem to go up and down so I only have to take it now every 2 wks. It is unknown whether filgrastim (Neupogen) increases or decreasses an individual's risk of developing cancer.  Based on limited long-term data from healthy people ( if a person is healthy why would they need neupogen in the first place ) who have received filgrastim, no long-term risks have been found so far.
