But for the record, none of my doctors allowed even moderate or social drinking of urine before, during or after treatment.

jimmy' the same could have happen WITHOUT the urine.  what you describe sounds like acute hepatitis, which in the majority of people resolves itself without urine ingestion.  the fact that he was not feeling well for years does not tell us that he has had hep b for years. when was he diagnosed with  it, years ago or recently? If he was a carrier, he does not get ill, if he was hep b positive for years, he could have had a flare up.  when you say no traces of hep b, did they do a viral load or just a liver profile?  It looks like you want to spread the urine news, but you do not have much to back it up with.  thanks for the tip.

Like yourself, I had maybe one or two light beers a week pre-treatment, and that wasn't every week by any means. I started back on same frequency after my six or twelve week negative  post treatment VL test (can't remember which) -- and I'll tell you, they taste twice as good -- as do all the foods I couldn't eat during treatment. Lost 30 pounds during treatment I didn't want to lose, and now I have to lose five pounds I would like to lose :)

does this work if you drink another persons urine? lol never was into golden showers but if it would work to get rid of the virus i guess i would do it. and you peeps can deny it but if  studies came out stating that it works to rid you of hcv you would drink the golden juice without hesitation. hehe

yea jim a cold beer would be one "golden" liquid i could go for. i had stopped drinking about 5 years ago way before i knew about my hcv dx. now that i can not drink i kinda of miss it. when i drank it was just a few times a week but now that i can not drink i kinda of miss it.

PS, not to say i have had some warm beer that tasted like p.ss. lol
