I just wanted your take on this:

Seems it might be exactly what is happening with me.

I'm going to see a Hepatlogist in Long Island ( I live in New York ) in June. She is a well established doctor who does a lot of teaching and research. Has even written some books and articles for the Medical field as well as the media. Unfortunately the times I tested positive no one ever thought to go further than that. So there was never anything related to Genotype or anything else. Its even more important now since my partner has Chronic Hep B. and I want to cover all our bases. I have my Hep A and B shots, which took nicely. But he can still get a superinfection, although the risk is slight.  No other course but to be careful at this point.

At this point in time, its worse having pains and being told
" We don't know what you have , might be a unkwon case". I'd rather find out before it gets worse.
