Osteoporosis with autoimmune hepatitis

A 15 yr old female with autoimmune hepatitis has been under control with 60 mg/day prednisone for 4 weeks. Dose tapering started 3 weeks ago and single daily dose has been so soon, but two weeks ago, she started to feel generalized bone aches. Bone densiometry shows osteoporosis. What is the best plan for her?
