PCR RNA Quantitative

if PCR quantitative is detected with viral load less than 12 UI/mL. what will be the chance of PCR Qualitative to be negative? in how many weeks PCR qualitative should be negative? with treatment of pegasys and ribazole.

Not sure exactly what you are asking. however the quant.  is used when treating and if your PCR report said <12IU/ML Det . then the test has reconnized  virus, however because the sensitivity of the test is only 12 then it can not quantify it below that.
Thie important aspect is that ..at whatever week this was done you were still virus Detected..

Hopfully the next PCR (quantitative)  will be UND.
