You are not alone...Just so you know, many people who are not drug users get this stupid disease..I am a Paramedic who got stuck with a dirty needle...And it is rarely transmitted by sexual contact...If ever...Some people have gotten it from dentist drills, some from air gun shots, some never know...Hep B, on the other hand, is readily transmitted by sexual contact...I'm thinking it is possible you are worrying yourself into an ulcer...IF you have any hepatitis infection at all, it is treatable..and it is not the end of the world...

I went to the Doc with my concern and explain the exposure I had(protected oral and intercourse with a sex worker)she also did fisting but for 2 sec. that is what has me worried and he said don’t worry that you are only anxious and stress out because of first timer and told me to do all STD test and came back HIV and all STD negative except for EBV and  Herpes 1        THAT WAS   5.5 Weeks after exposure.

NO I haven been Diagnose with Hep C never and not a (Drug User)
CAN EBV be the problem or do you think it looks more like Hep C or even HIV.I am really scared the problem is that the abdomen pain began 2 days ago and know to see the DOC again I have an appointment in a few weeks I plan on been tested this week again.

Is Fisting a way of Transitions for HEP C the receiver or it just increases the % of transition for other acts that follow the sex episode Hep C
Thanks a lot you are helping me I thud I was alone

Fist of all, HCV is transmitted by contaminated blood...Blood to blood contact..Hep B can also cause liver inflammation and it can be transmitted sexually...Have you been diagnosed with hep C in the past? have you been tested for Hep B? Also, if you'd been exposed to hep C in the past, and your body managed to fight it off, you will be positive for the hep C antibodies, but wont have a detectable amount of the virus in your blood...A PCR (viral load) test would determine this...As for the abdominal pain, as I mentioned, it may be from many other problems...if the pain is centered above you stomach, and at the bottom edge of your ribs, it may be gallbladder probs or an ulcer...There are so many things that can cause this...

Hello!
I'm afraid I didn't understand quite all of you question...Liver inflammation is shown primarily by elevated liver enzymes (AST, ALT)...But inflammation does not mean you have HCV...And acute inflammation may be caused by things other than HCV...Like gall bladder disease, for example...Usually, if the liver is acutely inflamed, it is enlarged and may give you an intense ache in your upper abdomen or even your back and shoulder...It is the pressure that causes the discomfort...if you have acute pain, there is usually something else in the area causing it...Pancreatitis, a gall stone, or even stomach or ulcer issues, for example...Hope this helps...By the way, if you are having sharp, intense, upper abdominal pain, you should see a Dr asap if it persists more than an hour or so...And check to see if you have a fever...
