Pain in right side

I have had a reacurring pain in my right side under my shoulder blade for over two years.  It would come and go and my doctor checked my kidneys with an ultra sound about two years ago.  I have had blood and urine tests and two or three times have had elevated billirubun levels and one time had high colestoral. Around Nov. 99 I started having a pain in my right side both the back and the front under my right rib cage.  It is on more than off now and is a dull heavy feeling pain.  A few times I have experienced sharp put you to your knees pain but mostly dull.  I have had nausea, hot flashes, missed periods and put on Provera two times out of three to start my period, after missing it for two months.  I finished my Provera yesterday and am waiting for it to start, I haven't had my period since Nov. 12,99.  My GYN has checked my hormone levels for premature menopause, I am only 37, but they are normal.  I have Mitral valve prolapse,Endometriosis and have had Pelvic Inflamatory Disease. I experience excessive gas with a bloated stomach often. I have had constipation unless I eat high fiber.  I don't know if I'm moody and forgetful because of hormones or because I don't sleep well.  I go to bed much earlier than I used to.  I have headaches and take Claritin, Nasacort, and Duratuss (when sinus is real bad.) I take advil quit often. I have had an ultra sound, radioactive scan, chest x-ray, lower Gi, blood tests, urine tests and nothing yet.  Am I nuts??  Could my side bother me this much and be imagining it???  Please give me some ideas.  P.S. a friend told me to get a Hep test and I am waiting on the results.  My doctor says he doubts it is since my enzymes have been normal
