My gums are bleeding mostly when i brush my teeths. I brush my teeth in night and sleep after that.
In morning when i get up i just wash my mouth with water and drink 1 glass of water. and then i go somewhere for breakfast and after eating the food and breakfast maker (chef) tells me that he has a cut on his finger with knife in morning after that he cleans his finger and then do bandage with tape on his finger.
