Please explain RA factor,

First, can anyone explain what a positive RA-factor (value 20) implies?  Does that require attention?  What do I have to look forward to here?  I'm female, 55...

Second, modern medicine is lacking, and we need to help all the professionals be clear and honest with us, the patients.  If we collaborate, we can contribute a new word for that little
"PINCH" you're going to feel when someone sticks you for whatever reason... you know what I'm talking about.  "I just need to draw a little blood.  All you're going to feel is a little pinch..."  "This shot won't really hurt, Tommy, you're just going to feel a little pinch."  "In order to help you not experience pain during this procedure, we're giving you this medicine in advance.  You can expect to feel a pinch..." and so on.  So, be creative, and put your suggestions forward here.  It's not a f----- PINCH, it's a.........  Fill in the blank... Just think if in future editions of nursing texts, there will be a word whose etymology will be tracable back to You!
