You have a viral load meaning there is hep c virus circulating in your blood.

Your viral load is 1,130,000 IU/mL that means there are   1 million  130 thousand virus in each millliter of your blood. The other number Log10  6.053 read as Log base ten  6.053 is the same number but expressed  logarithmically  a different number scale science often use but it is the same number.

I hope you have spoken with your doctor and they have told you that you are currently infected with hepatitis c and will need to take medicine to rid yourself of this infection.

See your doctor, get treated, get cured.
