Polys, low wbc and rbc

My polys(absolute) are low 0.8 should be 1.8-7.8, wbc is 2.5 should be 4.0-10.5 and my rbc is a little low as well at 3.99 and should be 4.10-5.60.  

I have been extra cranky and totaly worn out and my doctor doesn't want to use neupogen/procrit because of sides so I go in for another CBC blood test this week and will see if its any better.  If not or if polys drops to 0.75 they will cut my dosage of meds.  

Are the sides that bad?  I don't know whether to push to keep meds at the same level or trust my PA and docs advice.  They've been very good, but I always find great advice up on the board.
