thank you James, I am outside doing manual labor on the property already, kicking b*tt.
I am nervous/anxious about the VL test. Who isn't at this point, right?
Take care,
Bree
Glad you're feeling better. Good luck on the VL test.
I am UND (hopefully still), I have been UND since week 3 of tx, and now I'm at week 3 post tx, getting ready to take first post tx VL test next week.

Sounds good to me. When you become undetectable your enzymes will be a much lower normal level, at least mine are. Good luck.
ALT/AST can be all over the place. As long as they are within the normal range there is nothing to worry about.
So-called LFTs (ALT/AST) are not the results to focus on. ALT and AST are not always reliable markers for a liver's condition. As with enzymes levels before treatment, ALT and AST levels vary widely. Some people even with cirrhosis have normal levels. The enzymes (AST/ALT) can go up or down for various reasons besides from the Hep C virus. I time the levels should return to within normal range.
All that really matters is whether the virus comes back (relapse) or not. Viral load.
Good luck. You have a great chance of beating this once and for all.
