Post-tx arthritis

by ghille, Jun 29, 2003 12:00AM
I finished in February. Before tx I probably had arthritis brewing. One kneee in particular and a couple of fingers. No big deal. Having finished tx, my knees and feet are always full of fluid. I hobble a lot after being still awhile or after exercise.

I believe that this would have occured gradually and I would be at this point in 10-15 years. But it's here. But I'm cured and arthritis won't kill me.

Just curious-has anyone else experienced anything similar?

P/S. It was nice to see all the faces on Commdude's song site. Just all regular folks living their lives and dealing with this disease.

I don't understand this site at all....does the date mean this was posted in 2003??  Anyway, YES YES YES.  I'm almost 6 months post combo trx and hoping to be SVR, but the arthritis which was fairly mild pre-trx, seems to be getting worse rapidly.  I'm starting to freak about this....any suggestions anyone?  I really really really really really (you get the idea) do NOT want to take any more drugs!!
