Miked [and maybe others] is looking for Prove 1 centers in Indiana, or Michigan, Ohio, Illinois. He wants to find a center that will accept him as a Prove 3 candidate, and Prove 1 centers are most likely to be participating in Prove 3.

What's wrong with the west coast? It's pretty nice here, we have a few good doctors, grow some good apples, nice fish, and more than a few dedicated people ready to try the new poison.
