Prozac vs. Ritalin?

by Jackiee, Jun 01, 2002 12:00AM
Some of you are taking Ritalin in order to keep functioning & working. I mentioned in an earlier post that before my doctor would perscribe Ritalin, she wanted to try upping my Prozac from 20mg per day to 40mg. (That is what she has done and I'm now on my third day of that but of course it will take a bit before I know if that's going to work or not.  Meaning I've also not had the Prozac interfere with my sleep-ability....so FAR anyway.)

What I'm wondering IS.....what are the differences between Ritalin and Prozac,  and what things are the SAME between those two?
