RA pain reliet

by Laura, Mar 29, 2000 12:00AM
I have chronic hepC. I am currently in-between treatments. I also test positive for rheumatiod. It is undecided whether it's true RA or a by-product of hcv. The joint pain can be uncontrollable. I am only allowed 1 Darvocet every other day (I take Vioxx daily). Sometimes, I go for days and it's unneccesary anyway. When it's really bad 1 isn't enough.  Would takin more be that bad for my liver - given the seperated time frames - or is there something else that would be more efficient for my situation. Maybe soma, or some other painkiller? I would like to know some options. Thanks, Laura
