Red spots and bruising

I woke, last two months to find a two inch circle of dark red spots on my left forearm.  Along with the spots were two red bruises(?) of about 1 inch each, with a lump underneath and soreness at bruising.
I am also suffering "goutish" type symptoms at bottom of feet.  Swelling at base of big toe and soreness the rest of way across base of toes.
I have Hep. C., w/15% of liver intact and advised to get transplant.  I also have RA. and RLS..
I take Prednisone (10mgs. 1x/day), Clonazapam (1mg. 2x's/day), Codeine (30mg. 2x's/day), and Methadone (65mgs. 1x/day).  I am detoxing from Methadone.  Was on 155mgs.  Pain, though, has been a consideration on speed of detox
I take NO illicit drugs and have been on Methadone for 37 years.
Any suggestions on what I should do from here?  My RA physician can no longer help me.  He thinks that I do not have RA (although #'s through the roof).  He believes liver is cause.  I have not had a recent blood work-up.  I know I need one, but what do you think is cause of problems on forearm?

I'm sorry I don't know John but it seems like you should be getting active with the doctor and making a real plan about now.

I hope somebody has an answer for you.
