Red welts/lesions

....week 2 <43, week 4 undetectable, week 12 undetectable ... looks like i am only going to do 6 months ... woohoo

itching has subsided but now i seem to have these small red welts/lesions on my chest and lower abdomen they dont itch or hurt or anything  ... does anyone else have anything like this?  there are not many of them, just noticed them a week or so ago... i still have some bumps on my legs and arms they itch and scab over look like  bug bites.. and on my inner thighs i have these dark red patches that still itch a bit ... diarrea/stomach cramps were bad over the weekend i think i had a stomach bug and also withdrawing from the incivek, seems better now.... blood counts are borderline just keeping a watch on it no med reduction and no rescue drugs yet...

I've had the red spots since week 3 of PEG.  Definitely from the PEG as I didn't have them when on all oral.  Week 8-10 they started getting itchy and skin was really drying out.  Starting using a combo of hydrocortisone and unscented lotion.  Seems to work.  Still red but not itchy today.  They are odd though.

Interesting. I have to agree with you that your oval bumps seem to be different than the "regular" itchy bumps. The oval shape and the fact that they do not itch may point a knowledgeable doctor in the righ direction. If I were you, I would definitely follow-up on this. While it may be benign, it could indicate some deeper systemic problem. I would definitely let my specialist know. Maybe he/she will know the answer or will send you to someone who does.

ya i have gone thru a few tubes of anti itch cream lol... but these ones on my chest and lower abdomen are different than the itching bumps/bug bites they are not bumps they are just like red spots but not spots they are oval shaped most of them... i know i dont have HIV or anything but they are like lesions thats just the only way to describe it, they are not itching or oozing or doing anything they dont hurt they are just red areas... i think this is an immune system thing and not from the incivek...

First, congratulations on being UND.

I am still on Incivek. I do have red bumps but most of mine itch. I have the same red bumps I have had all along (since starting triple med treatment), not a lot, but a few on my hands, a few on my chest, a few on my legs. I use Hydrocortisone cream which decreases their size and helps with itching. I don't know if these are the same as yours or not. I agree with Anne that everybody seems to have slightly different rashes and bumps and other symptoms.
