Reduced dose update

Ok things look slow so i'll fill ya in what happen when i took it upon myself to reduce my dose of rebetol..

history- i had a 1.6 drop in hemoglobin in a 4 week period last month down to 12.7...not terrible...but i am halfway thru 48 week tx and it seemed odd that this would happen so late in the game..
12 wk pcr <500
24 wk pcr <50
starting weight 189
current weight 166
my dose of rebe had been 1200
i lowered my dose by 200 to 1000

in two weeks my hemoglobin went back up to 13.9

ok the question is (two)no(three)

should i stay at this lowered dose?
will it effect my overall ability to stay svr? (more like maintance dosing now)

how do labs set "in range" "out of range" numbers?
alt range has been 3-50 and is now 15-65
