Risk from cut?

I ordered food at home and while opening the packed food...i cut myself by the aluminium foil package on my thumb...it bled heavily...
what are the chances of stds
especially hepatitis B hepatitis C and Hiv?
note: what if the person packing the food also cut himself at the same spot..
      i m anxious.
please let me know the risk?

No risk at all. No disrespect is meant, but perhaps you should consider talking to a professional who can help you overcome this irrational fear of contracting a virus from a cut like this. People cut themselves all the time. If these viruses were so easy to catch, don't you think most people would be sick? It is very hard to live with these kinds of fears. Please consider getting some help for this.

We here are not doctors and cannot provide medical recommendations. In this group were are either patients aor caregivere for patients afflicted with Hepatitis C. Your one best resorce for medical information is your treating physician.

There are other forums here for other conditions like the Hep B community but I see you have already asked your same questions repeatedly in those communities already. So they have answered you as well.

Have you considered the possibility you could have anxeity or OCD issues?

You may want to ask about your excessiving worry about things not likely to happen in either the OCD or Anxiety Communities

Also Please let me know the risk for Hepatitis B?

Note:incase you dint read i also bled from the cut quite a bit...

It would be very kind of you to review the risk for both hep b and hep C with this fact in mind!

ALSO MY CUT DID BLEED...IF YOU SOMEHOW FAILED TO SEE THAT..
please let me know if it changes anything or makes it a risk...
