4 week 38,600
Baseline VL: 30,100
4 wk VL: UND
4 weeks 24

My VL jumped from 8 million to 75 million b4 tx.
4 week PCR= 330
7 Week- UND.
Stage 2 Grade 2- mild activity
I am now at 40/48 1a grade 1/1.
I did not get tested before 4 weeks and I think that is fairly standard.
It would have been nice every 2 but UND at 4 wks upgrades your SVR odds to 90%
I have read about some studies now that show low starting VL and UND at 4 wks have been able to reduce TX to 24 weeks.
It is tempting for me because of all these crummy side effects but I would never forgive myself if I stopped early and was not SVR. I did drop my Riba does at 24 weeks due to anemia problems even with rescue drugs.

I thought being able to quit at week 24 was for those on PI's. If your UND at week 4 with SOC you can stop at 24? I never heard of this before.
I was at a viral load of 24 at 4 weeks so I am sticking out the 48 weeks, as tempting as 24 weeks shorter treatment sounds.
