Oh yeah. I started taking Procrit and Neupogen a few weeks ago. I only take teh Procrit every other week.
I had a similar issue last week. I woke up at around 5AM with the beginnings of a stomach ache, more of a pain in the guts than nausea, but enough to double me over & keep me in bed until 1PM. Luckily I already had planned on taking the day off. It took a couple days to subside completely. Hasn't come back. I'm on week 10 of 12 for geno 2B, clear at 4 weeks. The pain came during week 9. I think it was the Riba. I don't know how you folks with geno 1 can do this for a year. I have been pretty lucky with sides, but the posts re: procrit and neupogen and rashes and insomnia and fatigue and all the other stuff just go to show how serious (i.e. toxic)this medicine is.
My blood tests last week showed HgB of 12.3, from a baseline of 14 point something. At week 4 it was 12.8. I suppose I can last a couple more weeks.

Oh yeah, to answer the question.. . . when I saw my doc last Thurs I mentioned the stomach pain and he said that it was something that happened. Unfortunately, you seem to be having it every day. Might want to call your doc and ask if he has seen this before.

I too have been having some stomach cramps, I assume that it is from the treatment. I am in week 7 of treatment. My stomach aches are not everyday but once in a while. check with your doc to see if everything is okay and if so, maybe he can give you something for it.
I forgot to mention that sometimes I put a heating pad on my stomach and it is soothing. If one is not available, a sock filled halfway with raw rice is good. just pop it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and it's nice and warm, no longer than 2 minutes, though, cause then it can burn you. see you and good luck to us all.
