Saliva

I had conversation with my friend in our office. I felt that his saliva flew in my nose (inside) immediately i check if i have a bloody nose. So i use my small finger..Theres no visble blood in my nose.

If his saliva have blood and flew to my nose (inside) you will consider it a risk for hepatitis

No, from your description you have no risk of getting Hepatitis C.

Hepatitis C is transmitted via blood. His blood would have to get into your bloodstream. You would need to have an open lesion in your own nose and you would need to get his blood into that lesion in order to have a risk. It appears that is NOT what happened to you.
