Scalp sore issue (i have hep c)

i been experienceing some issues w/my head scalp interior mouth dryness & infection I am asking if anyone with hep C has any es with red pimples or hard lumps that if picked @ bleeds/ also a hard pin like tip edge of scalp if picked u can pull strands of thick hair already grown from scalp it is soft seem to have grown underneath the scalp.

Are you on  Treatment which causes some scalp issues? There are some things that can help.
First you really need to make sure you are drinking enough water.  There is a mouthwash called biotene that really helps with the dry mouth which is important to deal with because dry mouth can lead to dental problems.  Really Really keep hydrated with plenty of water or other fluids.
For the scalp, try not washing your hair too much, just rinse and use a good conditioner.  Also the Nioxin brand of shampoos and conditioners are good for the scalp.
They make one called Scalp Recovery System that works pretty good and is soothing.   They have it at beauty supply stores.  I bought a kit in California for around 25.00.  If you are dry, so is your scalp and too much washing makes it worse.
Keep it moisturized.
I am on treatment right now and have similar issues and these things together have offered some relief.

Regarding the problem you describe at the edge of your scalp, it sounds as though you have some ingrown hairs and should maybe gently exfoliate the area.  Are you on treatment?  While on treatment my scalp would always hurt when I was about to lose a bunch of hair.  The hair loss happened to me in cycles, about a two month process with sore scalp, then a few weeks of major hair loss, then it would stop for a while, then the whole thing would begin again.

For dy mouth I used a product called Oasis, its a mouth spray that helps a lot.  You can get it over the counter.
