Well you know what Friday is...shot night...Oh how glad I will be when all this is over. My ins. wanted to cut me off the peg and med because I have been hcv free for 6 months, but my doctor called them and told them I had to due 48 weeks cause i'm a non responder..  ; ((  But hey my other dr. did tell me that my pneumonia is gone. That is a good thing.  Oh well God bless us all each and everyone.  Spring BREAK yeahhhhhh

Hay! Glad to see you're going strong n rid of pnuemonia. Girl - you'll fight that insurance company - and win. You're too close! Sometimes I think those of us who who survive Incivik n triple will never encounter anything we can't beat again.
I wondered if you were close to spring break. I've got another week to go. I don't know how you've done it... Really really happy for you. Karen :)

Patches -- I don't remember what the state of your liver is.  Did you get a biopsy?  Were you an actual nonresponder (never cleared)?.  I think what has happened to Turnbo should be a wake up to those of us retreating.  It seemed until now that we were almost all going to reach SVR.  But we may not all make it. Although 6 months clear sounds great -- I was there before and relapsed.

I had a little dose of the woe-is-me's last night too as I did shot 29.  I would have been done if I had not reached cirrhosis.  But we shall truck on to 48.

Congrats on shot 28 and I am so glad you are over the pneumonia and so glad you have been off the Incevik for all this time.  I hope your anemia is better.

Your doctor needs to get firm with your insurance company and appeal asap.  I am sick and tired of the insurance companies -- and they are NOT up to date on the current treatment modes -- making treatment decisions.

Bee -- who hoo 28!

So sorry to her of your problems.  I am thinking of you praying for you, in my ins company there is a patient advocate, do you think there is one in yours?  I called and asked when I could not get my meds, they got it straight in a few days.  Or there could be a patient advocate in the manufacturers of the meds you are on
I am rooting for you

So glad you are finally free of the pneumonia.  How does the insurance company know you were UND for 6 months?
