Have been using this and is helping my quality of sleep.
Does anybody know if it is liver safe ?

What does it contain?  

One of the places I like to go to check out such things is this site from Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre.  There are a number of natural products that I researched while on treatment in an effort to boost my immune system and this site was one I used constantly as an authoritative reference.

Sloan-Kettering believes in integrative medicine as an adjunct to traditional medicine and I found that very interesting.
