Xanax 0.5 1x day            anxiety
Milk Thistle      herbal Suplement
SAM-E            herbal  Supplement

I don't know about the medications for depression, fatigue and anxiety - I never took them. Milk thistle is good except when on tx. SamE is great but expensive.

I took Ativan for sleep. 5-HTP, Nightrest by Source Naturals and Herb som by Dr. Zhang. You can also drink sleepytime tea (works great) and take 2 magnesium pills before bed.

this is just my experience, and I'm not on tx yet...I can't take Lunesta and ambien, ambien makes me feel nutzo the next morning, but many people are fine with it...I take ativan if I have had a lot of sleepless nights in a row, and at a very low dose...I find tranquilizers lull me into sleep, which I prefer...best of luck...

ok well right f the bat I see a problem.

you are taking a seretonin uptake inhibitor...and sam-e.....which means no wonder you need xanax etc!!

sam-e can intensify your antidepressant, ergo causing you to need not one but 2 other mood alterers, 3 in all.

you may want to think about adjusting with dctr help. let yur body be your guide.

the ambien worked better for me, the lunesta not at all.  recently they put me on remeron as well. It is a trycyllic which is easier on the liver than the lexapro SSRI's and such.
