Sneak Preview of New Website Design

Hi everyone,

Thank you again for all the great feedback!

There is a "sneak preview" of our new and hopefully improved website over in the Hepatitis Community.  Please let us know what you think and contact us if you encounter any problems at all.

We're already working on a softer background color...we don't want anyone to get snow blindness!

I like the idea of the new website, but why is it formatted so that we have to scroll way over to the right? It's been that way for about a week now. I find it inconvenient in having to scroll way over.

I don't have to scroll over on my computer screen at all.  Do you have a very small monitor or something?

Nope, I have a 17" monitor.  This forum we are on now is fine, but the other one has been out of kilter (for me) for over a week.

Looks like it's the original front page reformatted, and put into a frame.  Once you go to a specific post, it's the same as here, except it's still in the new Medhelp frame.

I tell you what would be of immense help and a fantastic improvement...

The problem I have is I'll read a thread, and then later come back to the board, and there is really no way of knowing whether there are new posts or not.

It would be really really really nice if each reply could have a link to it from the front page, so that replies that have been read by a user would appear as a link previously taken, and a new reply would appear pristine blue.

I also have to scroll to the right. I'm on dual 17 inch screens.

I use netscape 7.2 and I have to scoll too.

Thanks so much for letting us know you're having a problem viewing the forum.  You should not have to scroll to see anything.  We'll check to see what is causing the problem.  It would be helpful if you could let us know what browser you're using and what version - Examples: Internet Explorer 7; Internet Explorer 6.XXX; Firefox, etc.

Change your text size or one of the other options under VIEW.

I have to scroll down at least 7 inches to even get to the questions. They are all pushed to the right with the ads taking up lots of room in fields of empty space. Looks like you need to reconfigure your page.

Another thing I have noticed on this page, is I have to scroll down to the questions. There is alot of room at the top, especially since you made the Hep Community banner bigger.
