Some help with my Hep b results

I was wondering if anyone could try to interpret my results, since the doctors I've consulted give me different opinions.
I contracted Hepatitis B three years ago, and I had an acute reaction (symptoms: vomiting, nausea, loss of appetite, etc.). After 6 months, my HBsAg came negative for the first time. The problem is that I still haven't developed Anti-HBs, they are negative, too. Being very concerned, I even did a PCR (amplification of HBV) on my own initiative, and it came negative, too, showing no presence of HBV in my blood (this was 6 months ago). My latest results are:
- anti HCV (hep C) - negative
- HBsAg - negative
- Anti HBs - negative
- Anti HBc - positive
- Anti HBc (IgM) - negative
So, It's been 3 years now that I'm HBsAg negative (taking the tests regularly every month the first year), but there is still no presence of Anti HBs. Should I be concerned, and am I virulent?
Thank you in advance.

I apologize for writing to the Hep C community instead of Hep B, but I'm a new member and I haven't studied the page, yet. Thank you for your help with the information, however, I can't call the above mentioned Foundation because I am from Macedonia, Southern Europe.

Or, you could call the Hepatitis B Foundation in Doylestown, Pa. They are very nice and will help you evaluate your results. I don't know if we are allowed to post phone numbers but you can Google them and find the number.
