Sonata1 and Everyone
Sonata1, since I read you are a nonresponder, have you tried alternative treatment?  Dr. Wei Ren @aol.com has a great website.  He has helped my daughter.  Her year long treatment of intron did not help her.  Made her so ill.  It was very hard for me as her mother to watch her.  Please consider reading his web-site.  I have his phone # and e-mail address if you are interested.  Please contact me at ***@****.  There are no side effects with his herbs.  Has anyone out there been able to contact Pfizer and find out how the testing for Dr. Ren's herbs is working out?

Thank you for your interest in helping another nonresponder. Sorry about your daughter and hope that she is doing well now. While herbs may improve one's liver they can also do further damage. Have been to a nutritionist who has streamlined a program insofar as eating the right liver friendly foods etc.  Sorry but there are many out there who prey on ill people with possible "cures" other than traditional medical options. I cannot believe anything but the conventional route will benefit a stage 3 briding fibrosis, other than perhaps milk thistle and a couple of others.

You can email me at ***@**** with Dr. Ren's website. Always open to learning more which can always be a benefit.  Again thanks for your post!
