Sore Mouth

I have about a month and a half to go with treatment.  On monday I started with a sore throat but this time it is worse because the roof of my mouth hurts along with my tongue. It hurts to swallow and to take meds. Is there any good advise. I am tired of going to doctors and them telling me it is part of treatment. I am in pain and don't know what to do.

There are Two good ways to approach this.
Buy a mouthwash and toothpaste call Biotin.

Also your Dr should be able to Prescribe you a mouth Rinse called "Oncology Mouthwash". It contains alot of Novocain and completely numbs your mouth and throat for 30 to 50 minuets.

I had open sore all inside my mouth for about 2 1/2 months and used all three of the above my sores went away after about 3 weeks of constant use.

don't focus on the bad, not everyone got this problem, including me.

what worked the best for me was food grade hydrogen peroxide mixture with water.  (instructions on bottle)  which i bought from the health food store.  i brushed my tongue with it too.  i used it thruout tx. for sore mouth tongue, etc.   you can gargle with it. too
