I am a relapser, did the tx in 2004, geno 3, fibrosis 2 (was 3 b4 tx). I now find that I am searching for alternative therapy in supplements etc, to help maintain my liver and my all over health. I suffer from fatigue, fibromyalgia, depression and anxiety. I have cognitive problems which are post tx effects from the interferon.
Maintaining our health is important, we have the right to know what is out there, and no one should be able to stop us finding that information and sharing it with others, at the end of the day, it is our choice whether we take supplements or herbs etc, not anyone elses.
please tell me, what are cognitive problems? and thanks...for your input post.

My level of concentration has diminished, and my thoughts tend to go wandering.
i am all about vitamins, organic foods, and herbs, i think alot of the reason people are sick is because of their eating habits and many, if not all, drugs have horrible side effects that just create more problems...
it seems to me that hep-c is one disease that really can be controlled with alternative treatments ... not cured, but controlled... there are so many herbs out there that are beneficial to the liver
