Spontaneous Nose Bleeds

Does anyone have spontaneous nosebleeds?  I get them almost daily, tonights which is still going on is a very heavy one, they seem to be getting more frequent and heavier.  What concerns me is my blood really has no consistency anymore.  It is transparent and the color of cherry kool-aid.  I do have Congenital ITP, which does not help matters.  I do everything in my power to stop them cuz I went to ER with a bad one before I was aware I had Hep C, my BP was 52/30.  I have read somewhere that nosebleeds are one of the symptoms  They shoved what they call a nose tampon in my nose back into sinus passages,  NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY DO THAT!  Maybe if they knock me out but thats the only way.
Oh, and my wonderful employer (County Government, Engineering Design Divison), I had would send me home and then count it against me as unscheduled leave.  Heck I don't even want to start on that tangent I be here typing next week, lol.

I have no Dr now so can't go there.  Figured I should tell that before being told go to the Dr.
