Spontanious nosebleeds

Last month i was woken up by a trickling down my cheek.  when I sat up i realized that not only was i sleeping in a puddle of blood already but my nose was still bleeding. It kept bleeding for an hour at least. It has happened about 4 times since then. the only connections that i can  find between all of the nights are that i was dreaming of deamons and magic before i wake up and i find my kitten sleeping at my feet. i no it sounds wiuerd that theses are the only connections and that is why i am looking for medical possibilities. Another thing you might want to know is that i am 13 years old and a girl. Please help me find an answer.

it could be something as simple as hitting yourself during the dreams or a medical problem. either way please talk to your parents, guardian or school nurse.

Hey sweetie. Please talk to your parents and let them take you to the doctor. It could be anything, so please go to the doctor.
