Stage question

by stacyb321, Aug 26, 2007 07:42PM
How long can a person stay at a Stage 0 if they take good care of themself?  Probably a dumb question - hope not.  Im just wondering how many years would it take to progress to the next stage.

Thats a question I think we all wish we knew. Not even the doctors can really advise on that one.
Everyone's progression is different. Some people I ve seen have gone from one stage to the next in 3 to 5 years--and some have stayed the same for longer time then all of a sudden progressed again suddenly. It varies so much. We must take good care of ourselves but this virus will do what it whats to do when it wants to do it so my hepatolgist advised me. Its usually a slow progression virus.
