Eat whatever you can.  Your body will let you know. For some greasy foods don't do very well - for some it's spicy foods.......I had a problem with the mouth ulcers that developed from the interferon and basically lived on ice cream.  It was OK at least I had lots of flavors to choose from.

Try not to worry about this stuff unless you have to.  Just eat as healthy and normal as you can........that is the idea!

Eat what you can, when you can.  There isn't a special diet to follow while you're on treatment.
Eating healthy on or off treatment is always recommended but you may not be able to tolerate certain foods as your treatment progresses so that's why we say whatever sustains you during treatment go for it.  More than likely you will lose some weight, most people do.

Yoyoma:  "I started today, can i keep eating like always?"

Print that one out and frame it! Whoever ate through treatment 'like always' has got to be one in a million.

I never ate so bad in my life, even during college days, when I mostly lived on chocoalate min-cakes.

These meds rule and they'll tell you what to eat. :)

The important thing is to listen to your own body, so you don't eat something, chuck up and lose your meds in the process.

Natch, avoid alcohol (not a food, I know) and make sure to take your riba with some fat - some say lots but I just took some, like peanut butter, avocado or 4% (that is, whole) yogurt.

And I'd recommend a daily multivitamin without iron, although I never organized myself to take them and came out okay in terms of bone density, etc.

Ice cream seems the perennial favorite of many and when all else fails, that seems to go down. I liked herring, though, and that was weird.

Avoid alcohol and eat variety of healthy foods. My diet didn't change at all - I eat the same stuff I ate before tx. The only difference is the size of portions - somehow I start feeling full a lot sooner now, like the size of my stomach is shrinking, or something like that. I did lose a lot of weight, but feeling fine (had some extra lbs before tx anyway).
Everyone is different, everyone's experience on tx is different. Stay positive, and maybe you will be able to avoid most of the sx.

Avoid too much fibre rich food especially when you take your riba! The riba can bind to the fibre and get pushed through your system too quickly. Also a good idea to take your riba with some extra healthy fats - ice cream if it works for you! Or cheese, or full fat yoghurt. Some people were strong advocates of taking riba with organic virgin coconut oil but it made me feel queasy after a while. Avocado is another good choice, or peanut butter. Taking your riba with fat can increase it's bioavailabilty up to 60%!!  Thats a good thing! Also limit your caffeine drinks - tea, coffee, coca-cola etc as it can have an inhibiting effect on the interferon. And try to keep up a good intake of water - about half your weight in ounces is a good amount to aim for. It will really help with the side effects.

All the best!
