Sun and skin

Sun and skin

Last year I was able to go in the tanning bed... no problem. Now it seems that I can't be in the sun for 5 minutes without getting a rash and itching. I love the outdoors, go to the beach for my summer vacation and really enjoy the tanning bed... it is soothing and makes me feel good. I was wondering if these things are among the many of things one has to give up? Not on any meds or treatment yet. Could you some anti-depressants about now though. I am really  feeling a big pity party in my name coming up.

I was on tx last summer. I also love the outdoors which is why I moved to Wy.  I was unable to tolerate the sun and basically stayed indoors. After a while I just could not stand it any longer and so I got an old long sleeve white shirt, a big hat and sunglasses. I also rigged up a big Arab headdress for my head and basically stayed in the shade. I looked pretty goofy wearing all this stuff, but it was worth it.

I was wondering about that.  Gardening is my meditation and I love the sun.  Also my eyes seem more sensitive to sunlight, esp after the shot, anyone else?
