System Flush?

Hi, I will finish tx soon. Wondering if it is a good idea to flush toxins from my system using the "shock and awe" total cleansing diet. Any thoughts?

I know. The one I heard about is olive oil, lemon juice, ceyenne pepper and water. Sounds radical, but if I feel better quicker...well, I will do it. Hopefully, someone has tried this post tx.

I read somewhere that the hepc virus (and other germs) might linger in our intestinal tracts.  I just finished treatment and I am considered a flush as well.  I'm a bit nervous about it tho.  I wonder what kind of possible sx may come from them.  Some of the germs in our systems are 'good' germs and I would hate to do something to make myself sick.
