Taking Colliodal Silver?

by rose, Dec 22, 2000 12:00AM
I have bought a machine to make my own colliodal silver.  I take this to fight off the flu every year around flu season.  I take one teaspoon a day which equivals about 20 parts per million.  Is this a bad thing to take when you are HEP C positive.  My liver on the biopsy was very slight damage is what they said.  Don't remember the exact medical terms he used.  My viral load is between 40,000 & 60,000 and my ALT's have always been between 12 & 26.

Also, I am going to go for treatment when pegasys/ribaviron goes on the market.  Is this a good choice even though they say that I might never get sick.  I have had this disease probably 20 years or so when I used IV drugs.  I have read if you have normal ALT not to treat but my doctor went to that conference in Oct and he said the two best doctors had different opionions.  One said treat if there is any virus present and the other one says wait and keep doing tests, biopsy..etc.. I want to take the treatment because I want it out of my body if possible and to help protect my boyfriend and kids.

Thanks for being there docs :)
