Taking first shot and having mild headache

I am taking my first shot tonight but having a mild headache from last two days.
It is better than from the last two days but my question is should I wait to get rid of this headache completely
before taking shot or is it OK to take a shot with mild headache?
Actually I dont want to waist one more week, if this is not today then it has to be on next friday and I already made all the arrangements accordingly. But If I have to wait, I can.

Don't wait to take the shot.  It's very imporatnt that you stay with the med schedule.  Take all the shot and all the pills on time.  Never skip a week.  Don't skip the pills.  Unless you like having hepatitis C.

I agree - take the shot.  Conditions may never be perfect but geez- get rid of this monster.  By the way, I had terrible headaches with the first few shots so what you have now may, MAY seem like child's play !!!   Good luck to you and keep well.

Some of us take a Tylenol (Paracetamol) around shot time to help with headaches or other aches and pains that sometime occur. Ask your Dr. if this is something you can use during tx.  Good luck to you in starting tx (and finishing!)

And If I postpone for one week, what is the guarantee, I will be perfect by that time.

I have one more question that I normaly take ibuprofen for the fever or headache, is tylenol is preferred?

I took Benadryl since it has the added property of making you sleepy - well for most people.  My Dr said 4 Tylenol tabs per day were okay
