The rash is all most gone

Just starting my second week on triple , and noticed I had developed a small rash 4" diameter on leg .
I called Dr he gave me a script for some cream , been applying it for 2 days now its almost gone , my question is does this rash just come and go on different parts of the body.
Thanks
Mike

I did tx  Nov. 2011 (18 mo. ago).  I had to stop after 2 months because of the rash.  It was on my legs at first and then went to my hands, feet and started to appear on my face.  The worst part was the perianal rash.  I was hospitalized for 3 days.
My PA said that 3% of the people on this therapy had this bad of a reaction.  Keep in close contact with your doctor on this.  It can be serious.
Don't mean to scare you, just want you to be aware.

Don't be surprised if you have multiple circles from all the injections.  Some are bigger than others.  I think I had 24 circles at the end of 24 weeks :).  It was a few months post treatment before the circles went away.  Be careful about going out in the sun.  It seems to effect people differently.  The sun
can bring on the rash which was my experience.

Best to You

The rash was not at injection site however I do have a small circle at injection site. This one was about 4" in diameter on my thigh but not yet used for injection. The DR gave me script for steroid cream and this seemed to get rid of it , but now I'm keeping an eye on everything.

Thanks

Was this rash at the injection site or was it unrelated to the injection site?

If it was at the injection site, this is common.

If it was not near the injections site and was just some random place on the leg, that is also common. It may go away and stay away. On the other hand, it may come back or it may pop up in other areas.

I found that I could eventually clear a rash in one area by using the steroid ointment but it just moved to a new area.

Only time will tell if your rash will stay away or if it will return or move to anther area.
