I read it--got a chuckle out of it, too.
Hepheimers fits well. The worst thing I ever did was forget to go to work and forget to get the groceries out of the car (twice, lol!!)
There was another article in that same issue about health insurance after being diagnosed....good info.
Thanks for posting, Susan
I'm kinda thinking in my case it was from partying a bit too hearty in my younger days.
Surely no one else on here can relate to that right? :-)
But, it'll be interesting to see if it improves when I kick this dragon's butt.
I absolutely agree with Spectda,,, exercise has made such a difference for me. I push myself, and feel better after. Thoughts much clearer.
Thanks for posting the link. I found this excerpt about exercise helping clear brain fog to very true for me.
"Exercise your brain. Physical
activity is the best way to stimulate
brain cells. Go for a walk but don’t
talk on the phone at the same time"
I just read it. My favorite part was "When HCV treatment is added
to brain fog, it feels more like a brain tsunami."
Amen!!!!!
I can't believe that none of you commented on this. The Hepheimers comment in this article was so true. Oh well. I hope some of you actually read it. Susan400
