Did interf/riba 2006-2007 8 months- nonresponder left with more promblems on my plate then what i started with! I happen to fall in the 1 % of getting all the nasty side effects with this medication. Liver is worse, diagnosed with heart problems , kidneys, diabeties thyroid .. all damaged from this chemo-therapy and all i wanted to do is fix my chronic Hep-c. live longer, now i'm worse off! what the hey!!!!  i'm chronically tired then before.. I to suffered sever depression while on treatment had to stop treatment when i got herpes virus in my throat, thyroid dumping buckets in to blood stream and near stroke. woke up one morning w/ right side of body numb ears pounding and ringing and the blood vessels of right eye burst.  good luck to any of you who fights this awful dragon as you see it does not work for everyone...

Wow!  That sucks in a huge way and I feel so bad to hear you've gone through such a hellish treatment.  While wishing you the best can you share your story a bit more as I've often thought what if I go through treatment and come out worse than before?  What is your genotype, your Stage, your Grade?  Your age?  You can help me by sharing these things and possibly get more suggesstions by sharing a bit more of your story.  If you don't care to, that's your right.  I wish you the best anyways.  God Bless

thats really too bad ...thanks for posting it ...i've seen posts like this ever once in a while here but not too often...could the depression be the cause of the fatigue??? i haven't tx yet but sometimes i wonder if my anxiety and depression are causing a lot of my fatigue ...good luck with everything...billy
