To GI.PA test results

I am scheduled to see GI on June 5th. I am at week 21 and i know that week 24 is the deciding factor. Just wanted to know if I should put off DR. Appt. until after shot 24 or do the blood test now. I have to go two weeks in advance so the doctor has info when I see him. Will two or three weeks make that much difference? I started at 750,000 viral count and went to 16,000 but at last visit counts back up to 49,000 If my counts have gone down again but not cleared would it be wise to continue tx or just give it up for now. Thanks for your help it so nice to have you here with us. I have a good GI but I like being able to get a second opinion.
