Transfer factor

Hi everyone, me again, looking for an alternative to interferon, etc.  Has anyone heard of transfer factors regarding treating Hep C?

I'm always taking transfer factor supplements. Hopefully this will keep my body in balance, and that way I hopefully won't need to worry about illness or disease later on down the road.
