Transmission of Hep C

I was wondering can you get Hep C from protected intercourse vaginal/anal, or unprotected oral/rimming

  Hmmm...the only possible way, is blood to blood contact. So, if your particular brand of sexual preference included "the rough stuff", and there was tears on the rectum, and you had been chewing your lips, or they had sores on them, or inside your mouth (this is more common with people on hard drugs), then yes, it is possible.
   I do know a friend who caught Hep C from sex, and he says he is seeing Hep C more frequently, within the Gay Community.  Not in between monogomous sex partners (CDC says in a relationship for more than a year),but with multiple sex partners.
    Using street drugs, like meth and cocaine, and then having sex, put people at more risk. This is because the judgement is off,in terms of pain threshold, sex is done for many hours, causing abrasions, etc.

Short answer, NO!!  You should be more worried about e-coli or other gi maladies...
